Have Questions?
Below are answers to common client questions.
I focus on individual therapy for adults. I work with clients who are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, relationship difficulties, stress, panic attacks, low self-esteem, career-related concerns, or a desire for personal growth. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating psychosis and other complex clinical difficulties. My goal is to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that meets you where you are and supports your long-term well-being.
Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to me. All sessions are confidential and conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I will never share information about your treatment without your written permission. We’ll review these limits together during your first session and revisit them as needed throughout therapy, so you always know what to expect.
I offer evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to each patient’s needs. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing. I integrate these methods based on your goals so we can address both immediate concerns and the underlying patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California (PSY36278) and Florida (PSY12998), providing telehealth services to clients in both states.
The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This brief call allows us to determine whether my clinical focus and your goals are a good fit. You can book your consultation through the Appointments page or by emailing our office at hello@navranpsychology.com. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your initial intake session and discuss options for ongoing therapy.
I am currently in-network with Aetna.
If you are not insured with Aetna, you can still work with me using your out-of-network benefits, as you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company. I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit directly to your insurer. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan and deductible.
For clients paying out of pocket or using out-of-network benefits, my fee is $225 per therapy session.
Some clients choose to pay privately for therapy because it allows for a higher level of privacy and control. When insurance is involved, I am required to provide a mental health diagnosis and sometimes additional clinical information. With private pay, no information is shared with insurance companies, which offers greater confidentiality.
Private pay also allows us to tailor therapy to your goals without insurance restrictions on session frequency, duration, or treatment focus. We can work together in the way that feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
