About Dr. Navran
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatments for adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or emotion dysregulation, while also supporting those seeking deeper self-understanding and personal growth.
Therapy with me is collaborative and person centered. We focus on what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels right. I use a first principles approach to help you get to the core of what is happening beneath the surface. By breaking challenges down into clear parts and looking at both the emotional and practical sides, we can find ways forward that are realistic and sustainable. Whether you want to better understand patterns, build skills, or make meaningful changes, my goal is to help you become a stronger and more authentic version of yourself while working toward your personal and professional goals.
Before earning my doctorate in psychology, I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, which deepened my understanding of systemic and community-based approaches to mental health. I then earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American Psychological Association (APA) accredited Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
