Before scheduling your first intake session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. This call is a simple way for us to get to know each other and help determine whether your concerns, treatment goals, and logistical needs align with my clinical focus.
2. Initial Intake Session
If we determine we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll schedule an initial intake session to learn more about your situation, talk about goals for therapy, and design a treatment plan customized just for you.
3. Therapy Begins
After designing a personalized treatment plan, we’ll begin ongoing therapy sessions focused on understanding your patterns, developing practical skills to overcome your challenges, and working toward your goals.
